This team is not any fun to watch. I'm just not sure which is the worst, offense or defense. Ohio is not even competitive against anyone outside of ESPN's Bottom 10.

BG averages giving up about 42 per game. We have 6 at half.

The pessimists will call that being negative.

The optimists will realize that means that we're gonna explode in the 2nd half.

I really liked the reverse for minus 9 yards in the first half. I guess since it didn't work on the opening play last week it would work even less this week.

I should've added Special Teams to the poor performing list. Ha Daz been taught to field punts like that? His decision making fielding punts is beyond bad.

Without a real college QB we will continue to suck. Last week lost to a 6'2" 220 lb QB, this week lost to a 6'2" 220 lb QB so what's the common denominator. We cannot recruit the type of QB that almost all other MAC schools have every year. You are only as good as your QB. Sprague balls are all jump balls, maybe Jimmy Graham could catch them. We will never win a MAC title until we find a big strong arm QB and by big I mean average of 6'2". How many small or dual QB's have we had and what has it got us.

Holding BG to 28 points late in the game is no small achievement. I'm not thrilled Ohio's losing, but compared to the pasting BG gave Ohio last year, this is an improvement.

Edit: On a side note, Allie Laforce and Ohio University getting a mention from Vern Lundquist during the Auburn-Mississippi State game, pretty cool.
