Paid for how ??

Was there any chance you asked that same question of either of your Senators or US Rep before the Affordable Care Act was passed?

Revenue Bonds; interest rates are low--lock in the rates. Investors know that the longer Solich goes without winning the MACC the closer he gets to winning the MACC!

Project must be conceived first; then get creative on paying for it.

Inappropriate comparison in so many ways that I'll take it as an attempt at sarcasm.

Start with dire need for one and not for other...and huge dollars going (as in already happening) to one as a national problem with the other being a national craze with dollars related to distinct local situations (with ours having no $$).

This is the perfect time to make a commitment to go to 45k and support the basketball program and make a run at the Big 12
I don't think its too much to ask to have a 27k seat ADA compliant stadium. A stadium that is a legit FBS stadium in look and feel. Other schools with similar stadium issues are doing something about it. I don't recommend doing the Marshall with 38,000 seats and half full. Better to stay on the smaller side but something state of the art that would be thought of as a top stadium in the MAC.

Ping. He should have done what Oregon did by keeping Peden as a small grandstand stadium for the track team but build a new 30,000 seat stadium where the new track stadium now sits. All the half baked renovations have hemmed in the stadium growth potential. I suppose because it was a time of no football ambition at Ohio unlike today where the administration takes it seriously.
