Not able to see it but I see that we're basically up 71-0 1 minute and 1 seconds into it...well, 17-0 early in the second...same thing.

Some of you, 66, ought to pay more faithful attention to what I post or what.
Why? Pretty much same stuff over and over.

We look good overall. Let's win out. MACC and warm bowl game. I love our running game, our LBs, S Smith and Papi White. Our DBs can neither cover or tackle. If we are to win MACC and bowl game, they need to improve quickly. But hail to this team overall, I love it.

Can't give up passes like this to good teams. Stopped them to start half, let's keep it up.

Sebastian Smith use two hands, every catch does not need to be spectacular. Coaches need to hold him accountable. Go Cats. Hopefully, Maleek can go.

Just back in Cincy after another good game. We did give up some yardage but we kept them out of the end zone except for the big play. I wish #24 would tackle more and run into guys less! I thought the second half was pretty horrid for both teams offensively. Nice punting again.

I called 38-13 and we won 34-10. Now all we need is for CMU to beat Miami and mathematically we win the EAST regardless if we lose the next 2 games. I have a feeling Miami will pull the upset but may lose to Ball State in weeks to come. But as for this weekend......go CMU!

Not true. If Miami loses any one of their remaining games, they will be eliminated, even if Ohio loses both of it's last two games. As for Akron, however, if Ohio loses its final two games, and Akron wins its final two, Akron would have the tiebreaker on Ohio.

For Ohio to lock up the East they need one of these:
A. A Miami loss to anyone, and an Akron loss to BG
B. An Ohio win over CMU
C. An Ohio win over Akron

they need to do tackling drills, sometimes it looks like they are still in practice mode with the bumps and grabs.

Yes, I agree. The last time I checked, it's not an easy task to bring down a 6'4" 258 lb. tight end at the chest or shoulders. It's called leverage and you are not gonna win that one. If you go straight to the ankles, the big man cannot pound you into the turf. But I think we will adjust and when we look at film, it will get better.

Here is to an 11-3 season ! Let's do this !

Good call L.C. So go CMU over Miami this weeekend and BG to beat Akron. Anytime you can avoid a must win situation Im all for it.

I got it from coach Solich, he said right after the game that we have to work on tackling. It may seem like I am criticizing, but i am not. I am being real and in this case coach Solich agreed. Now retreat to your mediocre sensitive corner and mommy will give you some Scooby snacks. Let's be positive, if you feel hurt send me a private message, we can talk it out. We all want the same thing, we want to see our team win a MAC championship. Some of our players will play in the NFL and face real scrutiny. All of our players will go into the business world where they will be held accountable. Go Cats

There was definitely nothing wrong with what you said, as a matter of fact, it was simply facts.....The scrutiny of the world is hard, so there is nothing wrong with stating the obvious......True fans and family members....or mommy as you put it, will tell them the truth....Every game won't be perfect, but they should continue to give it their all.....Thanks Allen for the words of wisdom......

Sure you have Solich microphone in his face giving us the standard coach speak. We also had the CBS commentators all gagga over the Ohio execution on defense. Sure #24 failed to make a tackle, which, given your off season anti Davis campaign was certain to bring you out with a spotlight. Sorry allen, Mr. Davis has shined and was huge in yet another game.

Davis was not the only one to miss tackles. I never said his name. That is why I say inbox me and I could express my thoughts. Our defense wasn't as stellar as it needs to be and the coaches will get on it. Our secondary is growing, we give up a lot of passing yards, we have to make tackles when we allow receivers to catch the ball in space. As far as the off season, I said that the safeties needed to step up and I hoped that newcomers would be given a chance to earn a starting position. Toran did not have a great season last year, he is playing good this season. I am happy for him. Hagan was almost third on the depth chart, that is insane. Mayne Williams was in front of him before moving to corner, so that tells you how good of a safety he is. Toran came out and got 17 tackles in the opener and has played well every since. Go Cats

I think Coach Solich said it best. What Ohio needs most is a rest after playing 10 straight games in a row and thankfully they are getting it.

#23 - Tried to grab the ball from the (Much Bigger) runner instead of trying to tackle/knock OOB's - at one yardish or so from sideline and last man stopping from a TD - Period
