We do not play anybody. It's all a moot point, since Zaire is not coming. If we have the best QB in the conference, three good running backs and un offensive line. On defense, we play 10 defensive lineman, four are leaving. We have good players returning. We have two All-MAC LB's returning plus good depth at that position. Hagan and Williams return at safety, both are pretty dynamic and then we have question marks at cornerback and wide receiver. It is conceivable that we could run the table, but when you are feeble minded and expect failure or you are just a naysayer, you will not believe. Winning starts with believing, then leadership, talent and execution and some goodwill along the way. I never look at our schedule and see a loss, especially next year, Once again, it is moot point since Zaire is not coming, but we can't expect the coaches to land 4 star recruits, when we go after one and we say why should he come here, That's being hypocritical. Can we run the table with great quarterback play next year of course we can and you trying to win arguments throwing darts means nothing.
Four years ago Papi White was committed to Oklahoma State university, we flipped him to Ohio in the first week of February. We have a former player on this board who had over 20 offers including Nebraska and picked us. I believe he was a Street and Smith All-American.
Should we be ranked of course not, we finished 58th in the power rankings and lost our last two games. Can we be ranked if we were to run the table next year? Of course we can.
