The day that Ohio State loses to an in-state will be the last time that school ever gets a payday in Columbus. That I can guarantee you.
..

I have my doubts about that. While it would be bad for them to admit that they ever lost to, say, Toledo, it would be worse to hear Toledo fans say "Ohio State is afraid of us. We won the last time we met, and they won't play us again.".
Being from Toledo, we joke that 1998 was the last time that Ohio State ever went on the road to an in-state school in basketball because of their loss at Savage Hall: http://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/schools/ohio-state/19... And just did a quick search. That was officially the last time they ever went on the road to an in-state school. So yes, beat Ohio State, they WILL NOT SCHEDULE YOU

And oh was that a glorious night to making me a Toledo fan......of course I root for OU (it was a nice check), but my love for the homeland will never die.

O$U lost in Athens in the Snyder Era; yet, they came back and won in the NIT game in the Nee Era.

That was the 1980's. Not today's business. Trust me, if anyone beats OSU in the Shoe, they will never gef a game again.
