I can't believe the mac still hasn't figured out schedules for 17. 2/3 of d3 schedules are posted now not to mention all the d1 and d2 schedules already posted. Let's get it going mac.

Last year they announced the schedule on Feb. 22, so they are already a couple days behind that.

Yup, like to see who you'd be playing Sept 23rd.

So we really have an away game in Buffalo the day after Thanksgiving??
Since they travel the day before a game, are they spending Thanksgiving Day in Buffalo?

College football has no place on Friday night, especially that Friday night.

If it's like most years it will kick off somewhere between 11AM-2PM. ESPNU usually has a game at 11, and if it's not that it'll likely kick at noon or 2.

I see one guaranteed win here. The Buffalo game is on my birthday. Frank is 3-0 on my birthday -- two wins over the Redchickens and a win over NIU. Us 1944 guys have to stick together! ;-)

The last three games in Buffalo for the Bobcats has permitted playing golf on game day because the weather has been so nice. Would that mean that global warming has officially arrived if we get to do so again this time around?

In honor of TT and his ref pal, we start every hole at -2 and tee off three yards in front of the markers and have had some really great scoring rounds.

So we're pretty much gonna guarantee this will NOT be a night game right? It would be pretty amazing if they could pull it off, but I doubt it's gonna happen.

Of course, a couple years ago the Kent-Buffalo game was cancelled because a lake-effect storm came through just before Thanksgiving and dumped 8 feet of snow in the area. You just never know.

Gotta love Fiami on Halloween night. Expect a big, rowdy crowd.

I sort of like finishing the home schedule in mid-Nov. There's a better chance that there won't be a big drop in attendance for the last couple games. Plus, Senior Night will happen when kids are actually still in town. Unlike Buffalo, where it'll probably be a friends and family event.

Just saw this. No MAC games on Saturdays in November: http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/mac/2017/03/01... /

And THREE games on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, instead of the usual two. Since only one will be on an ESPN cable channel, two will be streaming-only on ESPN3. A recognition that Internet service is now as effective as cable/satellite?

Another year where Football season effectively ends in October, and Basketball starts the first weekend of November. Convenience!

I'd phrase that a little differently. I'd say if it's going to be on ESPN3, and not actual cable, that there's zero reason it should be played on a Tuesday night.
