I'm not most tech savvy person. So I imagine other DIRECTV users already know this. But I just found out ESPN2 (channel 207) you can click the red button and it opens espn3 app to view ESPN3 games. No need for the old computer/hdmi hookup. I was impressed with this new to me feature.

I tried do this but it's not is not working for me. Red button brings up scores. Right arrow opens apps but espn3 is nowhere to be found.

I think our offense sucks again.

It's good to be back.

I think we're going for the Texas State game length record. It. never. ends.

I would say that in the end, Ohio wore BG's defense down, scoring 4 of the last 5 times they had the ball. Despite being only 1-5 passing down the stretch, Ohio averaged over 10 yards a rush, including about 5 yards a carry when BG knew Ohio was going to run it every play.

It wasn't beautiful, but it was a win, and that's better than Miami can say today.

Longer than usual game time I'm sure contributed.

That usually has the reverse effect. With all the timeouts and play reviews, the defense gets to rest a little more than usual.

In any case, it wasn't beautiful. There was one thing I did like seeing though. Ohio moved back into a Cover-2 late in the game. I am not a believer in the Cover-4.

BG was hot garbage last year. It's more of the same this year.

I have the genie system and setup my wifi connection . It only works on the base unit, not the satellite units. I can get it on 207 or 208

It was really pleasing to see our run game step up and punish BG in the later part of this game, but I can't say it wasn't disheartening to see our passing game look as atrocious as it did. Are we going to be this one-dimensional the rest of the year? Rourke looked every bit the first year player today throwing the ball. If his first half wasn't enough to at least get Q a drive, I don't know what is.

If Morgan had ANY skill at all throwing the deep ball, we would have been in a world of hurt.

I'm not a real X & O guy, and I might be wrong, but I suspect that If Morgan had any skill throwing the deep ball we'd probably have seen it on film and might have run a different defensive alignment to try to take that into account.

Rourke can throw the ball well. The problem was our receivers couldn't get separation from defenders and our O-line couldn't keep the defense out of the backfield.

Sure he can, but yesterday he didn't. He was just chucking the ball into heavy traffic. Maybe it was an overcorrection in making sure he was getting rid of it sooner to avoid sacks and fumbles.

Rourke's 75-yard run gets the #2 spot on the MAC Top5 plays of the week. Love the move he puts on at the 50 and check at Dorian Brown's hustle to give him an escort.
