Not to hijack the thread but when it comes to tipping Casa has it right.
I understand the love for Casa from most, but at their prices, and considering the employee ownership and modest portions, the no tipping policy makes sense. Having lived in Denver for a number of years (with literally hundreds if not thousands of quality Mexican restaurants from which to choose), Casa's pricing is INSANE relative to the quality. But if you are the only pony in a one horse town, you can get away with those prices.
