I think the golden era of the portal is coming to a close based on more freshman being signed and more deals in place to keep a player moving. If a guy transferring out isn't part of the two deep how does he have the stats to attract a P4 program? Its going to be bench guys in the P4 not getting the deals moving down to a roster where they are needed. I left the service academies out of this since they play by different recruiting rules (One year Air Force had 71 recruits) going back since the portal opened in 2021.
