I agree RS...but I think it can also be a top notch freshman PG.

We need to find some way to bring in a PG who can get a lot of minutes next year.

Agree, Jeff. Unfortunately, Jordan Dartis of Newark is only a junior.

I just talked with our superintendent, who played college basketball at Ashland, where Newark's 6-6 center Ted Metzen has signed to play. Newark's superintendent follows the boys team and players closely. He told me that Dartis' choice, at this moment, is Ohio University IF he doesn't receive any bigger offers. He didn't mention any school in particular, but I've heard he's waiting for Matta to offer.

This kid is a player and would look great in the green and white.

You also have Bolden in that class who we have been recruiting pretty hard. I have seen some things on the net from hoops recruiting junkies that make me think we are looking at a lot of PG's who are currently high school seniors... Haven't seen any offers but I think the feelers are out..

If Ohio could land Bolden that would be huge. It's gonna be a dogfight though especially with X and probably UC. And depending on how the year goes, Coach Cal is always looking to steal someone away down to Lexington.
