NCAA tournament results (all-time)
Bucknell: 2-5 (last win, 2006; last appearence, 2013)
SDSU: 0-2 (last win, never; last appearence, 2013)
Ohio: 7-14 (last win, 2012, last appearence, 2012)

Granted, that isn't a tell-all of a program's success, but I do feel we are on a different level by a pretty far amount. Now, with SDSU, you have to note they have had a LOT of success in the postseason at the D-2 level.

I am liking the Bramos comparison too!! He was a very good 2 guard. Makes me think/miss Coach Coles! PS. Bramos played for Atlanta Hawks in summer league this year.

We're certainly the best program to offer him.
knee-jerk would say Bradley - but boy it has been a while since they were relevant. Geno has to be on the hot seat.

I really just said that to take a shot at Bradley and Geno.

But easy shot - he has them going nowhere.

Good get. Halbert was more of a forward, a little more slow afoot, I think.

Like the big guard game. Can he defend? Give me a sizable guard who loves the defense and I'm happy.

If a guard, would like to see the dribbling skills refined.

We likey...how dudes can get Saul to call them?!

I also like the quote that Ohio is a "family atmosphere."

Anonymous Internet commenter called Gavin a bully. Seems legit.

I'm confused-so you think Block is a bully based on an anonymous post?

Reminds me a ton of one time almost Bobcat and Danny Nee recruit Beau Reid, who ended up being very solid at Nebraska. If he fills out and grows just a little, he could be a great get.

You know that Simpsons where Homer is impatiently waiting for Marge and the kids to be ready to leave for the chili cook-off?

That's me right now.

Yep, saw the commitment on his Twitter feed and verbal commits. Had offers from Bradley, American, sdsu, ndsu, siu-edwardsville, umkc, bucknell, Dartmouth, and northern Illinois.

This one came out of the blue. Didn't even know he was coming in for a visit.
Is it OK for me to think the sdsu in the above post is San Diego State University?

It would make his offers better, but unfortunately it's the South Dakota State University Jackrabbits. Second best nickname in college sports behind the UTSA Roadrunners.

I think TCU's rise in football has made Horned Frog seem like a more normal name than it actually is.

Especially considering how absurd the mascot looks. Like a frog/lizard and steroids.

Best available will be likely, but I think you need a true big. Kaminski coming in next year is not a true big, but a stretch 4. That all being said, if the Rogers kids says yes, grab him quickly.

Hey, SDSU is no slouch of a program. It's not San Diego State, but its good in its own right.

I am hoping for either Rogers or Isaiah Maurice. Either way, I would be thrilled.
