These guys have their own Marcus Keene. Chris Clemons is the nation's leading returning score and scored 44 in their win over UNC Wilmington.

Chris Clemons put up 44 against UNC-Wilmington. Hope Saul has a plan.

Edit: slow to the draw, already mentioned.

Maybe I'm the village idiot, but I'm fascinated with watching a guy just go off and score a boatload of points. As long as we win I don't care that much if Clemons drops 40. Looking at their sample size of 1, from their opener, the vast majority of their scoring came from three guys and very little from their bench. Limit the rest of the team and him scoring 40 won't matter too much.

Country and I were discussing someone who went OFF in the Convo recently. We thought it was Kay Felder from Oakland, but now I'm thinking it was someone from St. Bonaventure or UMass?

Just looked it up, Craig Bradshaw hit us for 42 in the Convo in the year of Bean.

Nicholson of St. Bonnie lit up Ohio but that wasn't in the Convo. I believe Cooper had around 40 in that same game.

i only saw a few highlights but was encouraged about BVP, Preston and Cowart.

i think Carter Jr/Sr season is our time to shine. i love doug, jordan and gavin and really wish they were juniors.

looks like a top 4-6 MAC team as is to me. eastern and buffalo are the cream.

I remember Travis Bader (I think that was his name) from Oakland having a big game in the Convo. I think he scored in the 30’s though.

GoCats, Travis Bader is who I was thinking of. He went nuts for nearly 30 in the first half, and got maybe 5-7 in the second half.

EDIT:

I was incorrect - he had 29 in that one - seven 3's. I'm still pretty sure he had all but a couple buckets in the first half.

I wonder how many guards hit us for a lot of points in the years of Bean. ;)

EDIT - I went back and looked, and just in the non-conference, the year of Bean yielded opposing guards having single game performances of 42, 34, 26, 23, and 22.

Was Nicholson in the four OT game there when we never got in the double bonus in the second half, which was the equivalent of an entire game?

Yes, apparently Groce gave the refs a good piece of his mind when that one was over.

I remember some kid from Brown going for 30+ on us in the first year of the CBI.

Campbell lost to Coastal on Friday. Coastal's starting bigs combined for 37. Ithink Carter will have a very productive game.

And Bradshaw drove the length of the court in the last six seconds and scored at the buzzer to beat us.

Anyone know Reggie Theus' connection to Campbell? Apparently he was seen at their meal at the Texas Roadhouse on E. State St.

Tonight's game is on ESPN3 and unfortunately I no longer have Spectrum cable so I'm unable to get ESPN3. I'm paying the monthly fee for ESPN+ but that's of no help (I would think the fee would allow you to also get ESPN3 content). I still have Spectrum internet but that doesn't seem to be enough to access ESPN3.

Any suggestions from the tech-savvy millenials on BA would be greatly appreciated as I won't be able to make it tonight's game and would love to watch it.
