The attention has been diverted: Some have moved on to hating the head coach, and half the players being recruited prior to them even stepping foot on campus. That's stepping up the game! ;-)

Being serious, is there an image, story, or video of the work being doing anywhere? I just did a quick look and didn't find anything.

I couldn't believe that someone was using "amazing" in connection with the Ohio Bobcat Basketball program of late. That said, I thought the new Scoreboard was being put in place for the Nationally ranked wrestling program and for use during graduation.

Not much has been done yet. "Prepping the floor" isn't very exciting. It's like shaving before a date.

I cannot wait to see it. The first game in late fall I will be giddy. And i can't wait to see pictures of the install.

But right now...months after we found out it was happening, with no media coverage of it to speak of...woopity do?

Does anyone know if the tents set up in the tailgating area are for scoreboard assembly? There's one really large one and a smaller one. I'll be poking my head in the Convo often in the next few weeks to check on progress.

I had no idea installing scoreboards would be such a big undertaking. I figured it would take about two weeks max.

Nothing is ever simple or straightforward in Athens. It's always been thus. But one historical example: The Board of Trustees first authorized a medical school in 1823. OU-HCOM enrolled it's first class in the fall of 1976!

I say we take a pool $5 a name and the winner is the person who correctly identifies the first person to complain about said new board.
