No webcast or radio? I know it's an exhibition, but you'd think they could at least make the minimal effort to get those done.

Planning to be there regardless - but stinks for those out-of-towners looking for a sneak peak.

I know that history says the answer to this is a "No", but at the end of the interview here Russ indicated they will have the radio call. Not sure about a webcast.

Confirmed with Russ that the game WILL be on the radio.

There won’t be a full game broadcast of Wilberforce. Just updates of that during football at Miami.

And looks it too. Big, strong, plays under control.

Starting lineup: Preston, Carter, Cowart, Taylor, Kirk
Off the bench: Vander Plas, Block, Murrell, James, McMurray

With Dardis and Gollon we become very deep.

How does hernia surgery impact his season for Gollon? Can he come back for MAC schedule? In what amounted to a pick-up game, I was impressed with the early assertiveness of the young guys.

Not sure about the quality of our players this year, but I can't believe any team in the MAC can measure up to our quantity. I counted 17 players lined up for the playing of the anthem, 13 dressed for the game and 4 not.

Also believe that no MAC team west of Buffalo, NY, that I'm aware of, will throw a better inside tandem at their opponents than Ohio's Doug Taylor and Jason Carter. And I doubt there's a point guard in the MAC that can go get an offensive rebound and go up for a two-handed slam while being fouled other than our own T Kirk.

Good news for many on here is that it appears that the "Stand for Defense" has come to an end (finally). However, its replacement may not be any better: "Roar for 1804" at the beginning of each half. Noticed that Alan Swank did no roaring at the start of either half.

Love the new scoreboard and the use of replays today. However, disappointed in no individual players' stats. They have a place for it and even showed full game fictitious stats for players before the start of the game and for the first couple of minutes. But nothing else the rest of the game. Just a guess, but maybe they're lackng the manpower to plug in and update individual stats.

The scoreboard worked fine for the women's game. I noticed that some of the player's numbers were reversed (54 instead of 45 for Taylor) in the men's game, and shortly after that the stats were removed from the screen.

A guy can't catch a break on here. Got to the Convo as the national anthem was played and missed the directive to roar. Did like the great improvement in sound quality from the new speakers. The young kids mixed in with the dance team was a nice touch and who doesn't love frisbee dogs. Oh, and did I mention the refigerator magnet schedule for home games that we got on the way out the door. My only hope is that squared isn't buying undeaged shots for his OU students friends uptown tonight. Go Bobcats.

They might not want to. Worst Dad's Weekend crowd I've ever seen by a long shot. No 110 floor show either?

Anyone who went, can you offer some insight? Highlights were dunks on guys I am guessing were much smaller than us! Love the starting lineup and having Block come off the bench with BVP. Arkley said Cowart and Preston looked tentative. I hope that once they get going we will really open up what seems like a nice inside game with Carter and Doug. Other than Beefs I can't imagine many teams have more experience combined than Doug, Block, Dartis and when he returns, Gollon. Throw in Carter and Kirk and that's six guys with a lot of playing time.
