I received the following email this morning from AD Jim Schaus, thought the Ohio Athletics email account. I'm sure many of you received the same thing:
I want to sincerely thank you for your past support of Ohio University men’s basketball as a ticket purchaser. I have long believed that the customer is always right and we need to ask and listen to our fans’ needs.
So I am asking you: How can we do better? I would appreciate your sharing areas where we need to improve, big or small. It’s your chance to directly let me know how you feel. Also, please feel free to share the things that you like so we can make sure we keep doing them.

schaus@ohio.edu ). I appreciate your taking the time to write because I want the fan experience for Ohio men’s basketball to be the very best one for you, our fan. I will then review all the comments with my staff and attempt to address as many as possible beginning next season.
Thanks again for your time and support. I am confident that the future of Ohio men’s basketball is bright! Go Bobcats!

Perhaps he's been seeing some of the comments on this board about the quality of the game-day experience for men's basketball. Whatever the reason for the email though is irrelevant, I just think it's a positive step and plan to email him a suggestion or two.
