I've been saying it for years and I'll say it again. No one wants to play Ohio in the MAC Tournament. No one.
Are you aware that if you say the same thing repeatedly regardless of context, it doesn't mean anything?

And Toledo is just fine seeing us in the semis.
Just fine seeing us, huh? They just got wiped all over the floor by Ohio in the first half.

Just outplaying them bell to bell. Lots of fun to watch and not just a team shooting hot.

Sounds like some Cats are upset since they predicted a Rocket win?

You live by the three, you die by the three. Toledo wound up hitting 20% from three. It took them 37 minutes to realize that the three wasn't working today.

We hit 36% from three, without Roderick hitting any. But he still got into double figures.

We let Jackson and Millner have their games (29 and 26, respectively) but shut down everybody else. Littleson averages 13, got 9; Shumate averages 11, got 8.

We outrebounded them 42-33, with a 17-11 margin on the offensive glass.

Who is V. Vander? According to the CBS in-studio graphic, he did a great job for us today.

About breaking the press… Why is Preston taking ball out of bounds? He is the best ball handler. Usually you have a taller bigger guy taking the ball out of bounds getting it to your best ball handler.

So fun.

The big guns Preston and Vanderplas were just freaking huge.

Only 4 bench points but props to Miles Brown for the D effort.

OU OH YEAH !!

If we can rebound that way in the finals.

Keep shooting them 3s and Preston continue to be Superman.

Roderick needs to have a better game.

More points off the bench would help.

Is Granger a hockey player in a basketball uni? Every time I watch him he seems to be flying through the air or hitting the floor.

BVP played 39 minutes and JP 37 minutes. I don't think Ohio scored with JP on the bench in the first half, although I'm not certain.

Might need more of the same in the finals.

I would not have expected a whipping if we had an average day behind the arc, but we just crushed them in the paint.

This whole thing is great fun. Notwithstanding the great play of Preston and BVP, I can’t help thinking none of this would be possible without Wilson III. His presence and energy underneath has been fantastic. What a last minute catch in last year’s recruiting and we are fortunate that the NCAA allowed him to play without sitting out a year.

Did you watch us have to take two timeouts because we couldn’t get the ball up the court? The handful of turnovers without getting past the half court line? We dominated the whole game until like the last 3 minutes.

Allows him to get the ball back after inbounding - generally mot covered by anyone. Much like the inbounder being a very dangerous shooter at the end of games

Love the enthusiasm in the locker room. Just wish the players would join their coach in wearing masks. It would make me feel a lot better going into the big dance.

So couple plays means they were unprepared? Other team put a last ditch effort out there it happens. That’s sports, you smack a team in the mouth with your best shot! You take their best shot in return, and you punch back. You act like no team has ever played a bad stretch in a game before.

He also gets it back looking up the court as opposed to having his back to the action if he receives the inbound.
