A lot has been said about our Dwight Wilson and his shooting % of late. He'll be matching up with UB's new starter at center, LaQuill Hardnett, who has been even hotter of late. He went 6 for 6 today and has made, I believe, 20 of his last 21.

I plan on being in the Convo Saturday to see the 2 teams that will meet again in the MAC championship game 2 weeks later.

I thought they would open it up for Saturday so I cancelled all my many plans of solving all the world's problems for a chance to see the bobcats. Then I am finding that the Gov's orders won't kick in for a couple more days. Is that going to let a die hard fan like me (or anyone else for that matter) not see the game? Well, if you want to get in to the game, meet me at the new tunnel underneath Richland Ave. one hour before game time.

There is a utility panel there that is actually a portal to all the tunnels underneath the campus. I got a map to the tunnel system from a bobcatattack maintenance guy who works for OU. We will actually have to cut through a grate on the heating entrance under the convo so someone bring a hacksaw, but we should be in with time to spare. If we sit far up at the top of the convo, no one will look up there and see us. Success and we can cheer on the Bobcats to victory. PS. Bring your own popcorn since concession stands will not be open.

If we can pull this off today, I think this will be one of the more remarkable three game stretches in conference play in Bobcat history. Especially with all the circumstances that led into this week.

We could get away with some of our decision-making against other MAC teams, but Buffalo is playing with extraordinary effort and amplifying our carelessness.

Winning these three games this week just seemed like a tall task. No excuses...we got our asses kicked. Buffalo showed again why it’s going to be a threat in the tournament. Burn the tape and move on.

Our bigs just do not match up with theirs. No contest athletically. We have recruited enough guards. We need athletic bigs. BVP and Wilson are not that kind of players.

Buffalo showed up and Bobcats looked asleep. Point guard play was sloppy. This must have great point guard play to win. Not sure if these guys 100% back from covid. Preston looked very average today.

Average is being kind. We all know that was very much below average for JP.
