We just got a random mention on the ETSU/Tennessee broadcast. They were promoting the UK game and the color guy said we had one of the best opening wins in the country.

It's not like UK is gonna be shaking in their Nikes when they see a 3-0 Ohio as opposed to 2-1. Not a must win at all, though getting the Bobby Mo monkey off our back would be nice.

Of course NO team has a must win until it is ONE AND DONE time.

However, being at worst 3-1 after a trip to Lexington is light years ahead of 2-2 after losing to a peer at HOME. Not saying OHIO will lose to KY but a win tonight and OHIO may keep the two straight losses blemish off the season stats which is nicer resume material.

A win tonight erases the fan memories of prior loses to Mr. Robert Morris and gives the team confidence they are on the verge of great things. This team does not need any such character building games with a loss to this peer.

Coming off a nice road win, the Bobcats need this one........with a seasoned team of Carter BVP and McDay this team has all the pieces to run the table at home this season and it continues TONIGHT!

To remain undefeated. We've opened 3-0 just three times the last decade and 4-0 only once.

The announcers in the CSU game made the observation that we played with more defensive intensity than BYU. Hopefully that continues tonight.

It's a small sample size with RMU playing two games above their weight class in UCF and UK, but early returns are they just don't have the offense yet. They have only one player averaging double figures at the bare minimum 10.0. Their A/TO ratio is pretty poor and most of their field goals are unassisted. They've gotten to the line a decent amount in just two games and their field goal heavily skew inside the arc over outside. I'd venture a guess a lot of their offense is dribble drives.

I'd like to see us be the third team in a row to hold them to 60 or fewer and I'd like to see the somewhat disjointedness of our offense that appeared against CSU be out of our system. I'd be very pleased with about a 25 point win.

I just saw the Vegas line is 13. I was expecting it to be more. I don't want to sound entitled or jinx us but seems like we should win by more than that. I don't know much about RMU though but the scores of their first two games and last year's record.
