Worried about this game. They are going to be gunning for us after the NCAA record consecutive, unanswered point record we set against them last year. That was just incredible. I watched, but still can't believe what my own eyes saw. GO OHIO!

I’ll be there +3. I bought tickets on the sidelines closer to the court than the $6 corner seat special that was advertised.

Also, got an email from the athletic department about the bash. It included a line asking fans to “Wear your green and black for a blackout game at The Wolstein Center!”

We can’t look past this game, CSU is a tough team that plays very tough defense. We have to match their defense and make crisp passes and knock down shots. They play a lot of guys and Torrey Patton and demoi hodge are their best scoring options. BVP and JC have to impose their wills respectively.

I took a listen to the first third of the BYU/Cleveland State game as I was driving home last night. The announcers main key to BYU's plan was to limit turnovers. Cleveland State's most efficient scoring comes from transition buckets off of steals. Luckily, Mark seems to be quite good in that aspect of his game (among many others) so, that bodes well for our team. FYI, the starting center for BYU was out due to a viral infection and will be out for a month. IJ is fighting something similar I would guess? Hope to see him back soon...

Just looking at the Cleveland State roster and I get the same feeling I had with Belmont. Maybe not the same talent level of a big man but they have a big guy who isn’t fast or guys that might not be able to match up with BVP in the paint. If we keep stretching out the floor with the JC, BVP, AJ, or if IJ plays some, I can feel comfortable about this game.

Sounds like Power 105's sound board short-circuited! They are going old school with the backup phone line LOL. It's been a long time since I've heard a sporting event on the radio through a phone line.

My oldhead moment is here - I like that the CSU coaches are wearing suits.

I'd like to see Jason pump fake and drive a few of these from the arc. Git himself a dunk last game.

Messy first half by both teams, bobcats cleaned it up after a bit in the second. Always answered back whenever cleveland scored. Good strong finish.

For anyone in attendance, how was the turnout for the bobcats there?

I believe we have something special when we beat what we think is going to be a somewhat decent team by double digits with BVP and Carter not hitting double digits.

I believe we have something incredibly special if DW3 can get back for February/March run.

We have depth. I mean if Towns plays like that...what a bonus.

It was ugly so let's just quietly move on from this one. Really not much to say because that was a tough watch. Cleveland State probably won't have a worse shooting performance rest of the year.

I agree about coaches and suits. COVID removed suits from the game...damn shame. But Boals has cracked ribs...so we'll cut him a break there...haha.

Also we were only a 1.5 point favorite tonight. I agree with FearLeon, pretty sloppy game but we managed to win. I agree on Downs too, If he keeps it up he'll be one hell of a plug in player when we need him. I heard he took over WIII's spot.
