Ohio has a sizable lead over EMU in just about every major statistical category in MAC play, so on paper this should be a pretty easy win for Ohio.
Unfortunately, games aren't played on paper. The one big intangible here is that Ohio is playing its sixth game in 13 days, plus its third road game in five days, while EMU gets its first home game in over a week, had Thursday off, and is coming off a real hammering by Buffalo (102-64).
This might be a game that's decided at the FT line. EMU hits 73.7% of its FTs in MAC play, while Ohio is only at 69.6%, dead last in the conf. We might not be able to afford leaving a bunch of free points on the floor like we did at Toledo (7 of 13) and CMU (17 of 26).
