Back before the data loss, I started a Bobcat confessional thread which was the only thing barely of any worth that I contributed to this board. So, here's a new version...

As before, this is a safe place to share our transgressions against the Attack Cat (or Paw) without being judged...

So...

I didn't watch Ohio win the Pre-NIT championship. Home during break, I went to a party with my hometown crew. I did tape it on a VCR and watched the next day. You could also further fault me for not making any kind of effort to go to MSG to attend as I lived in NJ at the time. I did see them beat O$U in Columbus though...

My older daughter spent two years at Oxford Tech before she wised up and transferred to Ohio.  During that time my wife and I owned a student condo in Oxford.  Oh, the shame!

When I was on the cheerleading squad, after returning from the '04-'05 title run, I was running a fever and took a nap when I got back to my apartment....and slept right through the selection party.

and in a somewhat unrelated note...

I don't totally fault Lebron for taking his talents to Florida..the weather is much better here.

I rooted for Miami in the NCAA hockey championship, Akron in the last two soccer championships and Kent in this year's baseball playoffs.

OrlandoCat, having spent the last week in hot, humid 90+ degree Florida weather, I'll take the "norm" here.

Sure it's hot now, but when it's the wintery-mix you get from November to the snow in April..we suffer with 75 degree weather.

and in interest of the threat:

I'm on the record as stating that if OU doesn't win the MAC title in any sport, I rather it go to Miami then anybody else.

I worked in Butler County and Oxford, I own miami attire. On a side note, I have repented for said transgressions as my dog, has utilised the grounds on the Oxford Campus.

Do we have a Bobcat Priest to come up with what we should do to make up for our grevious transgressions?
Why isn't this thread on the Football Board?
Who ate all my White Cheddar Cheese from Ireland?
And seriously what is that smell?

Hopefully the first two will be answered.

When explaining to someone on the east coast that I hate Miami of Ohio (I love that you have to specify or else no one knows what you're talking about) they replied "Oh yea? That's a pretty good school though, isn't it?" and I reluctantly admitted that it was a decent school.

The only regret I have in my entire life.

Long ago and while the divorce was being finalized, the lovely and talented part-time jazzersize instructor but full time govt employee Deb S and I had some interesting times together.  She was a M$%^i grad.......................................but disliked them collar poppers and enjoyed her time in Athens better than any times in Oxfurdtown.

   Me......and a M%$#i grad.........oh, the shame...............bad olkatz, bad boy.

There's nothing wrong with having a sad, unhappy, small life.

But sharing it with others is a little creepy.

That's exactly how I feel when I read inane posts like "Relentless."  "Believe."  and "What's most important."

Your post, "Oh.", on the b-ball board a few months back is a great example.  You do know, don't you, that you're not supposed to drink the bong water?

Do I spot "thread drift" in the making? This has gone from a true Bobcat confessional to personal attacks against other regulars to trashing an NBA player who roots for Akron in the MAC.  The personal attacks by SBH and BL seem senseless at best.

Hint to those who don't understand the concept of confession: The idea is to confess your personal sins not to cast aspersions on the perceived sins of others.

After Danny Nee left, a buddy of mine told me that Billy Hahn was the brains of the operation. And I believed him.
