Ohio will fill its schedule opening with a road game at Northern Iowa on December 20th, with NIU making the return game in Athens next year.

Also St. Bonaventure will still play in Athens during the 2013-14 season.
Wait, so we play Northern Iowa on the road and get Northern Illinois at home???

Seriously, though, that's a good series, and has the potential of being a marquee home game next season, I reckon.

Northern Iowa is a top Missouri Valley program.  That is a good game us.  That is an upgraded over St Bonaventure. And we get them in Athens next year when we got Cooper, Baltic, Keely and Offutt as seniors and Kellogg, Hall, Johnson  and Smith as juniors. Not a bad trade.
