In UB's case, we have definitely inflated our football numbers over the years, however I think our basketball is undercounted. We packed the crap out of our gym which holds 6,300 in the later half of this season and somehow only managed to get ticket sales of around 4,000. Even the local newspaper who often makes fun of our lac of a student turnout had this to say about this year's game against BGSU:

In the House: Great crowd. Great atmosphere. But I have a beef. If there were only 4,015 on hand the capacity of Alumni Arena can't be more than 5,000 because there weren't that many empty seats. And if the capacity is over 6,000, as they say, then someone can't count. So which is it?
