After a quick glance, it appears the Broncos are very inconsistent but I will note that they have played a very tough schedule.

Think this is going to come down to the defensive effort Boals has been demanding.

If we hold them under 80, I like OUr odds.

I'll say 86-78, Cats.

Is it me, or are we always playing a ho hum Western team at home shortly after a rough patch?

I haven't been to the Convo in so long...did they ever start selling brews?

If not, is Little Fish any good?

Yep. Both at regular concession stands and the Hardwood House (I recommend a visit):

For the second straight game the hometown crowd will get to see another MAC Freshman of the year candidate in the Broncos Javaughn Hannah. I am pretty sure the 6'4" guard is the top freshman point maker in MAC games averaging 10.8 per game in those 6 MAC games. He is also a perfect 8-8 from the line!

How do you think Reggie Bass looked on Saturday as you would have had plenty of time to evaluate him as he logged all 40 minutes. His PPG in the MAC has fallen to 6 points a game.

Akron held Lamar Norman averaging 18.1 in 6 MAC games to only 6 points with their stingy defense. Kent and Toledo held him to 12 and 13 but he went off vs Ball, Eastern and BG for 31, 25 and 22. Who will be the Bobcat who will mark this man? Can we keep him under 20 like the top teams who have faced him?

10 point favorites, hope we are well ahead of that for a comfortable win before hitting the road.

That was certainly lights out shooting Saturday. Only 9 turnovers helps. I would like to see good ball movement tonight and improve Asst./ FG made, which leads to better shot selection and FG% . "should" be able to "paint it Green and White' tonight

Well, I think it's a cool location even if the bar is not open and I recommend checking out the furniture made in-house by Facilities Management staff (including the use of sections of the former Baker Center bowling lanes) and the large historical photo montages. The space is accessible at any time, so if the bar is not selling items at a certain game you can get your beer at the regular concessions stand and enjoy it at the Hardwood House if you so choose. It was open during the December 30 (Friday) night game and was a great place to see the Cats beat Wyoming before catching the rest of the men's basketball game. I don't know about Saturday afternoons, I don't stop there for every game.

My point is that its a very under-utilized space, especially for a place like OU.

Beer sales is about the lowest hanging fruit that exists at OU.

It is a well needed spot within the Convo. If its not open this evening, I will complain for many of us. Go Cats

Good start for Wiz. Took their backup big to the hole twice then an attitude check at the other end.

The quality of the ESPN+ broadcasts from the Convo has never been great, but man it’s getting so bad. I hope to MAC considers moving to another platform when this deal is up.

It's so embarrassing but I doubt it's espn plus'fault. This is a production issue. Which is handled by the University. It's been this way for years and has never gotten better. Doesn't anyone in the athletic department listen to this shit and wonder how it could be better?

How is it that the nat sound on the radio broadcast is so much better?

Cecutti homer comments are an ESPN problem:
"The score may not indicate it but ball movement on the offensive end by Ohio has been stellar this first half."
"That was a good offensive move against good defense," after Lobsinger takes Wiz off the dribble from the free throw line to an easy runner near the basket.

Or perhaps I'm seeing the game differently.

It’s also way better when Russ and Rob get to do the streams.

How is the deal worked out so the production is handled by the university? As a graduate from the school of media arts and studies, it’s unacceptable if this is what the university is producing.

Wow, in Toledo, Eastern's Bates with 36 points with 12 minutes to go and the lead!(that's if no Yahoo sports misprint)

Refball. Refball. REFBALL.

Great games though by Dwight and AJB. Hope Brod is alright after that hard fall. #20 was on par with Grayson Allen. Onto Akron - hope we can beat them at the JAR like we did last year. Happy we got a huge win

Led WT/LT tonight, hated I voice cracked but thought it was pretty good. Did it a bit early though. Tried to encourage others to stand but a lot didn't really want to :(

A good team effort down the stretch tonight. I attend home games, however, I too have noticed poor production issues from the Convo in the past. Please correct me factcheckers. I was always under the impression that "home team" production was influenced by media/ communications/ etc. from said universities. That said. It has been quite underwhelming

Toledo won by 5.

However NIU beat Kent by 10 in DeKalb. WTF.
