Is that picture for real? As a kid I had a firecracker explode in my hand. No fun, to be sure, but it didn't cause ANY damage like that pictured. Didn't even break the skin.

Now if this is a standard, run-of-the-mill bottle rocket, I don't see how it causes physical damage like that. That had to be one hell of a bottle rocket. With that kind of skin damage, I don't see how this guy is on his feet at all.

I remember once hearing a story about a bunch of guys in the Australian Air Force who would take over a pub.  One of the festivities involved performing the "Dance of the Flaming Asshole" which involved getting up on the bar, dropping one's drawers and then dancing with a rolled up piece of newspaper stuck up one's bunghole which had been set on fire.  He that lasted the longest won the prize which was probably a pint of Foster's dashed across the winner's backside.

Perhaps the Herd is just trying to "foster" international relations by going their Aussie competition one better?
