"Louis Helmburg III filed a lawsuit in Huntington, W.Va., in February against the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and its member Travis Hughes for injuries Helmburg suffered in May 2011 when he fell off a deck at the fraternity house. He had been startled and fallen backward off the rail-less deck after Hughes attempted to fire a bottle rocket “out of his anus” — and the rocket, instead, exploded in place. (The lawsuit does not refer to Hughes’ injuries.)"

Don't gloat too much, when flipping around on my Comcast cable on-demand, I saw an adult movie entitled " Ohio U Sex Tapes". They didn't even bother to honor our request to be referred to as "Ohio". I didn't spring for the movie, but I wonder if President McDavis is aware of this.

Mods please move this thread to the baseball forum.  The plaintiff in this case is a catcher on the Marshall baseball team.  The case, fortunately, has nothing to do with basketball.  The defendant (aka Mr. Rectum Rocket) does not play any intercollegiate sport as far as I know.

Note it was the plaintiff in this case who was the Marshall baseball player, not the defendant (aka RumpRocket).

This thread is highly enlightening.  Until I read the official complaint I had no idea that it was my duty to my fellow inebriates not fire bottle rockjets out of my anus.  Knowing that I am duty bound will make it much easier to refrain from that in the future.
