Michigan State is worth a call. Izzo's a pretty fearless guy, and he follows the "anyone, anywhere" mantra much closer than any other coach of a major basketball program.

Isn't MSU in the middle of some odd scheduling plan where they're playing AT the directionals in football over the next few years as well?  I haven't heard of any reason why they're doing this, but I find it peculiar.  I'd love to know HOW BG landed them for a home game.  It doesn't make any sense.

Below is a link to an article about. Basically, it's a two-for-one where MSU only pays for one of the home games. Ohio, since Boeh anyway, has been reluctant to do 2-for-1's in football.

Not just reluctant, I don't believe we've had one in either football or basketball. Is that correct?

1,700 is absurdly high for an EMU home game.  Ohio played in front of 322 there a few years back (a blizzard aided this). But they regularly don't hit 1,000

Wonder how many were Purdue fans.  Or Mich/MSU fans who came to rattle Purdue.

I was there! Got counted with my buddy ......1 and 2 through the gate.. We wondered if anyone else would be coming at all. Bubbas parents stopped at Bowling Green and returned to Cincy. Had a great visit with Coach Townsend who came over from Ann Arbor
