One thing we don't take into account in the situations at some schools is that they have hockey, and that seems to more popular with some students.  Last night, there was not a hockey game.  But even that said, if you have a student body of 15k, and a local population of 20-25k with Hamilton and Fairfield 30-40 minutes away, why can't you get 5,000+ in the house at least on Saturdays?

I've always been a supporter of staying in the MAC, and seeing the MAC do well.  I'm starting to change my tune. 


I'm starting to feel the same way.  I'm just not sure what the answer is.  I hate the idea of a CUSA type of conference and I love the history of the MAC but I'd like to be associated with teams that are interested in competing.
