Was just reading that Chris Evans may be hobbled for the game Saturday.  He rolled his ankle against CMU and had to leave the game and it sounds like it's still bothering him quite a bit.

Either way, I'm also happy to see they're making a concentrated effort on getting students to the game.

In the words of Mark Twain, The reports of Chris Evans' death were greatly exaggerated.  22 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, 4 steals.

Is this happening?  It is not listed under promotions and is not mentioned in the Post.  Can a student chime in about if it has been effectively communicated.

Student here: It's The Bobcat blackout and #bobcatbreakfast or something like that. Wear all black to the game, and first 1,000 students their get breakfast burritos and biscuits from McDonalds.

It's been all over the place in Athens. I picked up a Post this morning and there's a large ad - I assume you're just looking at the article online?

No offense, but I don't think an alumnus in NC is exactly the target audience.

No offense taken.  I'm certainly WELL outside the demographic and geographic target - hence the reason to ask how well it was being promoted. Thanks for the insight as I am restricted to online.  Glad to hear it is all over the place.  Team deserves a great crowd.

ESPN should tell Brooke Weisbrod to not dis their 11 am start time.  She made an early comment about players not being physically ready to play at 11 am.   (Otherwise, I thought she did an excellent job.)

If you think 11 am is a lousy start time, next week their 11 am game is at Utah State, which means the game starts at 9 am!!!! out there.

She has firsthand experience, so why shouldn't she say something?
