This will be a tough game. All along I figured 1-1 for this road trip. Thought we would win @ Toledo, lose @ EMU. We got our loss out of the way. I think we'll win tonight in a close low scoring game.

This opponent plays a zone D which we have trouble scoring against.
I would like to see us start this game with full court D in an effort to surprise and shake up the opponent and give us momentum and be able to dictate to flow of the game.
We only have to play good D to win this game, as this team is not a good O team.

Agreed. This game has worried me for a couple weeks, but I am hopeful they'll respond to the Toledo loss.

I also thought this would be a 1-1 trip but with a win at Toledo. We lose today and we'll have to battle to the end to get a first-round bye.

This season is falling apart and its shocking that with a great point guard in Cooper, Groce can't just call a timeout and draw up a play to break a 5 minute scoring drought every game. Its on the coaching staff when the team goes 5 minutes without a point. Get the f-ing ball inside to Keely or Baltic on the block and get to f-ing free throw line. Forget Cooper and Offutt hoisting bricks and get to the line or easy buckets inside. Keely and Baltic have a lot of talent but Groce doesn't use it most games. We live and die with Offutt, Cooper and Kellogg from behind the arc. Attack the f-ing rim !!!!!!! please.

Giving EMU uncontested 3's is pathetic.

I'd put 5 guys out on the court to start 2nd half who actually want to play and Taylor would be one of them.

23% from the field and 54% from the line. Won't win any games with those numbers.

And EMU is 10th in the MAC in field goal percent at 39%. So how do we let them shoot 53%?

1 word to describe this game.......AWFUL.
It appears we have no desire & no energy.
Cooper has regressed this year, can't shoot, too many turnovers, and bad decisions.
Forget the double bye in the tornament, and maybe even the single bye.
Counting Wed. game our record for the last 8 game could be 3-5, pityful, just pityful.
