Thanks Tyler for finding this!  I didn't think I was as far off base as most on here have told me.  I'm sure the angles will be found by those in support of "you suck", which, by the way, I've tried to explain how different that is than just saying "this sucks".  I'm glad ESPN recognizes it's need to temper and watch what is said.

It's quite a different thing for a news source trying to be professional to use the word "sucks" than for a student fan section to do it.

This thread won't really take off until someone twists it toward what conference we'll be in next year.

Well C-USA is up and booming, and Marshall is doing so well with it, so we should go there. Pronto!

This is becoming my all-time favorite thread on BA. Ignore it for a few days, then come back during a lunch break, and it's still chugging right along.

RE: the pic of the little boy giving the finger.....I think that's gonna be my kid here before too long. He has really taken to foxes lately (if you ask him "What does the fox say?" he will respond with "ding ding ding ding" and a big grin), but when he tries to say it he can't make the "x" sound, and it comes out as a "k" sound. That is nearly impossible not to laugh at, so he runs around saying it more and getting really excited and shouting it.

We're working on "fox Miami" now. He's getting better, but 3 syllable words are tough for a 19 month old.

I'm going to 1-up you and drop the magic 3-letter acronym...... AAC. That'll really get this thread humming. Do I get commission for every page view this thread generates since I started it!?!

My brother had a problem when he was really young.  He couldn't pronounce "s", so he said "f".  Imagine how he was looked at when he kept saying "I want a sucker!"

YES. I couldn't remember where I saw that video, but you, sir, were my inspiration.
