Can someone explain the appeal of Tony Packo's?

If I just took Kielbasa, put it on a bun and called it a gourmet hot dog, could I become legendary too? Overhyped.

I like Happy Dog, too.

I like most decent hot dog places.

I used to eat Tony Packo's hot pickles right out of the jar as a little kid, never knew it was from Toledo.

If Toledo didn't have Tony Packo's, what else would it have?

And Burt Reynolds invented "bun-signing" there, according to their website (this was before Jamie Farr mentioned them on MASH):

In June 1972, Burt Reynolds was playing "The Rainmaker" at a local auditorium, and Nancy (Tony Sr.'s daughter) got a notion to get him into her restaurant. "I thought, well, he's got to eat somewhere." Nancy wrote a letter and took it to Reynold's hotel. About two nights later he showed up. Reynolds was the first big name to eat at Packo's and sign a hot dog bun.

Shut yer pie hole until you try their chicken paprikash over dumplings.

Everybody knows their dogs and pickles - that chicken dish is excellent!

Just read on the Rockets board that Boothe sprained an ankle in practice and may be a no go.

Sounds like he's playing.

Assuming this game won't be shown on DirecTV unless you purchased the Full Court plan?  If that's the case, what restaurants/bars in Athens have TWC ?

Blackout on espn3 in NE OH??

Will the feed on the MAC website also be a blackout if no TWC?

No. See the original post on this thread. Game will be available at MAC-Sports.com even if you're blacked out on ESPN3.

A world-class art museum, zoo and orchestra. Glass. Jeeps. Carty Finkbeiner's legacy of trying to move the city's deaf residents into a housing complex near the airport.

And Rudy's Hot Dog is better than Packo's.

Does anyone know if badOhio is scheduled to be with us tonight and, if so, how many minutes he will play tonight?

The more we limit his time on the court, the more we are a pretty good team.

Good question Monroe.  I'll be interested to see who starts tonight.  Could be a surprise.

Lineup is already too thin. This isn't going to help.

I'm not sure how much justice their feed does for the crowd, but it doesn't look too full tonight.

GO OHIO!

I believe the definition is: a word someone trying to create comedic contrasts between the set-up and punch line of a Carty Finkbeiner joke uses.

Need Bean and Treg to step it up without TJ. Bean has played alright, made a couple good passes. Treg just brought a lot of energy and created a turnover on defense, then he had that good drive on offense.  Could be good signs.

We're not playing too bad right now.  We need to clean it up a little with the turnovers and fouls.

Great job coming out firing this half.  I think we should go back to zone and try to keep them from penetration; it's too easy in the paint right now.

Well we've definitely been a last 10 minutes team lately. Hopefully we can keep it close and close it out in the end.  Would love to see Wilkins get more looks from 3, it looks like he's feeling it. Would be nice to see Ndour get going on offense. Would love to see more of Stevie taking it down the middle or Kellogg going to the rim

Anyone else think Wilkins could have a good career playing ball in Europe the way he's been playing? I feel like he could if he'd be interested
