Jeff--when he beats me to Court Street after the game and I'm driving and he's walking that tells me he's either not getting any post-game treatment or it was a pat on the back and out the door. I doubt he even took the time to shower, not alone get some heat or stimulation.
He certainly didn't bolt right after the buzzer because my family hung our for awhile afterwards and Maurice came out awhile later and interacted with my kids (have the picture to prove it). I did see him quite a bit later on Court Street.
I'm no doctor, but I did have back surgery and it seems the only good treatment for a back is rest (and I don't think slowly walking down court street qualifies as rigorous activity). Either way, I'm sure if there is anything Maurice should be doing for his back, he is doing it. He has given us no reason to question that.
