I hope we get to hear the replay of Coach K trashing all the mid-major conferences on SC tonight. I think an auto-tune overdub would be appropriate. What were those words again "Get real" or something like that?
Not that I think his point is totally off but some things you just don't say out loud when the enemy is listening.
Actually Coach K spoke highly of Mercer. And he was classy enough to go into the Mercer locker room after the game. Rather than enjoying a great back and forth game I don't really get some of the posts that seem to be full of anger, animosity or whatever ....
Coach K can be a gracious loser (getting used to it in the tourney). But he is arrogant re" the ACC, especially versus smaller conferences. He is also infamous for playing 12 weak out of conference games at home and then playing a Mich St somewhere and pointing to his OOC schedule as being demanding.
That said, Duke fans (99% of which never set foot on campus, let alone graduated from Duke), deserve this and every loss.
