I'll sleep good for a month knowing they went out to an in-state team.

I'm in a suicide pool and one quarter of the field is out after the first game. In my brackets I have Dayton making it to the Sweet 16.  Solid smile on my face right now.

You can sleep well for like 15 years since it'll take that long for them to schedule another in state school

Can't find highlights anywhere online (weird).  Can someone describe the game winner for Dayton?  Runner?  Layup?  In traffic?  Blown assignment?

Already tried there, Chief.  I'm there now watching Western.  Even the recap on CBS had no video highlights.

The ESPN headline on their front page is "Bragging Rights: Ohio State Upset!" The worst nightmare of Bucknuts everywhere.

The fact that the game ended with a missed shot from Craft while he was driving to the bucket and the officials actually swallowed their whistles was particularly sweet.

I was thinking the same thing. Wish they would have done that a few more times in November.

To all the columbus fans who profess to be OHIO fans, I am happy for you.  Your useless team just losed.

I suppose the question now is:  Should the true faithful of us allow you to root for OUr fine team whose season has not ended.

This has been a Public Service Announcement.

I've been saying all winter to anyone in central Ohio that would listen that Craft has been getting away with getting the calls to go his way when he drives the lane and creates the contact. Especially early in the season against the Bobcats when he took 20 foul shots, or was it 21?. Glad to see that that wasn't the case at the end of today's game.

I would call Aaron Craft the David Eckstein of college basketball, but I wouldn't want to insult Eckstein.

When your "star" point guard can be left unguarded from 14 feet away, he is a liability. In the last few weeks of his career, the curtain got pulled away and a very average basketball player was seen pulling the levers.

Heart ain't enough.

Plus, he tackled that UD player better than any OSU defensive back all fall.

David Eckstein, huh? I've always thought Craft is the basketball version of Tim Tebow. At least on a more local/regional level.

Tebow was a legitimately great college player.

Craft was a role player feted as a star for promotional reasons. Giant university. Nice guy. Relatable. Photogenic. Rosy cheeks of  a Campbell Soup kid from a 1920s ad. How he didn't play at Duke is a mystery we'll never solve.

Maybe Bruce Pearl will have a graduation barbeque to cheer him up.
