Wow. Defense is off the charts for how ugly this game has been. Wiz saved his best ball of his Bobcat career for when we needed it most.

That Hunter strip on the Akron fast break followed by a three shifted the momentum dramatically.

Come out with the same energy for the first 5 minutes of the second half, and we've got this.

Freeman has 1 foul at the half. I can think of 2 or 3 other fouls that weren't called. Jordan Rules?

He played good defense on Freeman. It was a good half but didn't need that useless third foul.

Nine first-half turnovers after only 3 last night. And 2 of those in the first half tonight came when Ohio had a 5 on 4 advantage negated by a turnover in the backcourt.

Yep, they are going to go to Freeman every possession in the second half. They will follow the whiz out and maybe AJ. I think Haddaway is gonna have to guard him for some stretches in the second half.
