Do you find the period or the exclamation mark unnecessary? Both? For consistency, you can't have one without the other. Of course, that leaves us with the punctuation-free inner ring...

Personally, I think the "We are Ohio." was added for emphasis...as a subtle jab to a certain school 70 miles up the road. No "U" needed - we are OHIO. PERIOD. For that reason, I love it!! Not to mention they look unbelievable. Excited to see in person at volleyball soon.

I just hope the addition of the banners doesn't mean that the hopes of a center-hung scoreboard are gone. A scoreboard with the banners would be absolutely BIG TIME.

I meant welcome...whoops.

It makes sense. Outer one says "Welcome to Ohio"...inner says "Home of the Bobcats". Just saw on Facebook the picture has 600 likes, so I'd say prevailing opinion is

The period, because punctuation is not needed for either phrase but the exclamation point works because it ads emphasis to the action stated.

I liked the flags better than the look of nothing up there last year, but this is better than both.


If this means no center court scoreboard, I don't care as long as at some point there is a scoreboard/video board upgrade.

I am really fine with the proper pucnctuation and agree with the sentiment that it is OHIO ....PERIOD! 

Banners look great. 

branding is important and consistency with the proper message is equally as important. Great idea, great execution.
