It's my understanding that Izzo has blessed KK's waiver request to play this season! That could go a long way in the NCAA's decision!!
If Izzo signed off, it would seem to me that the NCAA's decision would be almost a foregone conclusion. Given the delay in finding out anything definitive, are you ready to withdraw your statement or are you sticking with it? If the former, you can always blame an unreliable (but usually informed) source! ;-)

I disagree. TOS would either say something completely uninteresting or WAY too interesting.
Post 2005 he was a snooze fest. Nothing compared to kicking and breaking the lighted sign on the scorers table, and almost chasing the refs down one of the tunnels post-game.
John Rhodes took out the lighted sign on the scorers table, not TOS.

Sticking with my original statement. I heard it from mutiple sources. From what I understand, even with Izzo's ok, it was still a 30% chance the NCAA would ok KK's play. NCAA decision making is very unpredictable.

Thanks for the affirmation of your statement. I may be crazy (Monroe would remove the maybe), but I'll go out on a limb and say that if Izzo has signed off the NCAA will approve the request.

I think Izzo's pretty straightforward about these things and would do what's in the best interest on the player (which is uncertain). However, Chris Allen and Korie Lucious were both players dismissed from MSU in the past few years and both of them sat out a year. Now, maybe that had nothing to do with Izzo and it was about their circumstances, but there isn't exactly a track record of non-graduated MSU guys playing right away after being dismissed.
