I think its really bogus that so many schools have gone to a pay-per-view model knowing that they'll be converted to ESPN3 is just a couple of years. Poor fan experience.

Exception that proves the rule. Worst webcast feed I've had in years. Unless the second half is remarkly better I will ask for my money back.

I will ask for my money back as well, but from either:
1. Ohio for being awful
2. Bean for being awful
3. SP for letting Bean be so awful and not putting anyone in for him, even if we played with 4

Saturdays buzz is officially gone and I'm $6.95 poorer for watching :(

Live by the 3, die by the 3.. Bean has been flat awful.. Last game was forgotten bc we got the win, but the dude just throws up ridiculous shots.. Certainly Saul can't be telling its okay to shoot that much..

We have officially hit the bottom...it's sad that I thought we hit the bottom earlier in the year, maybe after the GW or BG game, but i don't think it can get much worse than a 36 point loss. Only up from here...

Losing to the last place team in the MAC by 36 points. Wow that may be the worst effort by a Bobcat team ever. Definitely in the modern era. 40 points that has to be a low in modern era with the three point shot. 22% shooting. That's terrible. 18 turnovers.

Well the second-half feed was remarkably better . . . the play of the Bobcats, however, was not! After the end of the game, I listened to both Russell's interview with Saul and the interview on the webcast with EMU coach Rob Murphy. The former was interesting because I've never heard Saul so angry. I expect some major changes before the next game. We may see some new faces get more playing time and/or some changes in roles. The latter was filled with "coach speak," but my takeaway points were that Murphy is a class guy and that he didn't take total credit for OHIO's bad shooting. He said that their defense was good but that OHIO "couldn't hit the broadside of a battleship" in this game. (rough paraphrase)

If it were me, I'd make every player at this point re-audition for their roles, from walk on's to scholarship seniors. Missing shots is excusable if they're decent shots. Lacking defensive effort, which we've seen on and off throughout the season, is not. Start Reggie Williams and Drew Crabtree if that's what it takes to get the point across.

Ok we couldn't shoot the ball. I don't understand however why we chose to utilize the DePaul defense tonite. Even the EMU announcers couldn't stop commenting on what a lack of defensive effort we put forth. Dumb and lazy play is a brutal combination. I feel for Saul.
