Best thread drift ever............
It wasn't actually thread drift. Just look at the title of the thread. The original author was just kind of "drifty" in his head. So, you might call this "mind drift" rather than "thread drift"! ;-)
.... don't MIND if you do !!

Man you people are crazy.

What are you thinking going on like this?

Pepsi is nothing like Coke, it is an over sweet imitation.

And my wife knows it too.

Happily married 20 years.

My wife is a snob when it comes to buying soda on the road. She'll crave a Diet Coke and insist we go through the McDonald's drive thru rather than get a fountain soda at the gas station. Apparently the flavor is stronger. Whatever.

There is something about that McDonald's iced tea though. I know people who even eat McD's, but they'll chug an iced tea from there in 30 seconds.

Find a way to sneak a Pepsi or RC or whatever in something she would not know and tell her it is her precious Diet Coke. A few hours after she happily finishes it, come clean about it and she won't be able to be so high maintenance about it again.

My office did a blind taste challenge of Coke/Pepsi/RC. Most of us failed miserably in our predictions, including a couple of those coke snobs. It was awesome.

Gave up caffeinated drinks over 25 years ago and did not circle back when they all came out with the caffeine-free versions. I know not what you all are talking about.

On a different note - Duke let's Rasheed Sulaimon go - things were apparently chilly between he and K.

I'm usually a Tobasco guy. But since an overpurchase of supplies for Buffalo dip, I've been digging Frank's Red Hot.

Another question: What can I do with 2 pounds of Blue Cheese?

RC Cola with no ice, in a waxy plastic cup with the 1980s RC logo, served out of a concession stand at a little league game. Tastes just like 'Merica.

Giving up caffeine might have moderate benefits, but the sugar and/or artificial sweetener you're skipping is the much greater health benefit.

Please cite the peer reviewed studies showing the dangers of aspartame and sucralose. And, while your at, please tell me why cyclamates are available in the Europe but not the U.S. The science of artificial sweetener is complicated story that's not really easily discussed in sound bites. By the way, GMO foods are very safe.

don't do carbonated drinks but I like my tea. Stevia is my sweetener of choice for my tea and 100% Cranberry mixed 16 oz per gallon.

INdeed the science of sweeteners is pretty wild. Tell my patients about stevia being 300 times sweeter than sugar and the pancreas does not see it so no insulin response.

RC Cola is where it is at. Only do 1 or 2 a month. Agree with Borna on the Stevia, my sweetener of choice now.

There is no substitute for whatever hot sauce they have at Skyline. Put a few drops on the Oyster Crackers while you're waiting for the 5-Way....feelin' good and hungry!

3-Way inverted and dry. Add cheese coney with mustard. While you wait, pound down some cracker bombs (oyster cracker with drops of Tabasco sauce).

Only downside is Pepsi products. Got to have Coke.

BANG! Oh Baby what a big time coma inducing meal!

I get it that a diversion from the not so good basketball Bobcats is needed but this might if there was a poll about the worst ever hijacked BA thread I think this one would win.
