The NCAC is the Ivy League of Ohio colleges. It was formed out of teams from the oac who wanted less focus on sports. Normally in basketball you will have two to three good teams. Wooster is always strong, Ohio Wesleyan and Wittenberg usually field good teams also. The rest of the league is very weak by d3 standards. This goes for football also where Wabash and Wittenberg are the only good teams. There is one sport the league is very strong in and that is swimming and diving. Kenyon holds the record for consecutive national championships in any sport and at 31 it is likely never too be broken. Oh Hiram is also best known for James Garfield being a professor there. He was famous for giving lectures in English while writing in Greek in one hand and Latin in the other.
