I am guessing tonight's game will be blacked out on ESPN 3 in Ohio? What stinks is I don't even have access to Time Warner Cable. I wish I could come but I have a meeting until close to game time but my seats will be filled with some other Bobcat fans. Go Cats!

If Bobcats score 90 pts everyone gets a coupon for a free breakfast sausage biscuit from Grandpa's Cheesebarn.

You are probably correct unless you are a TWC subscriber. You may also be unsuccessful using the TWC app, which I have on my Roku, if you are not using an internet signal/wifi provided by TWC. Learned all of this the hard way during the Miami football game.

One thing I have seen done at least once is the athletic department funneling the TWC broadcast through our stretchinternet broadcast on ohiobobcats.com. I think this was done during last year's Akron game and I also think they synced it to Russ' radio call.

Looks like the game will be offered on ESPN Xtra. Depending on my mood I may pop for that.

ESPN has spread at 10, Dispatch at 9. Sagarin 13.

Chuck says this is an unacceptable state of affairs.
Over/Under is 164 which is really high but seems about right. So far our total scores have been 160, 122, 178, 164, 171.

I wonder who gets the call. If it is not Russ and Rob, I may just watch the Ohio stream (provided it's good).

Listings I saw have Keith Morehouse and Dave Cecutti on the call for Time Warner tonight. I had never heard of Morehouse, so I looked him up. He's the sports director for WSAZ in Huntington.

Dave Cecutti is nails on a chalkboard. He starts every sentence with "and even more important than that...." and it drives me up a wall.

If it's on watchESPN, does that mean that it's on the college hoops package from ESPN? meaning buffalo wild wings, etc, would be able to get the game?

Hah, I've noticed that as well. He's still ten times better than Steve Mix.

Yes Morehouse is our sports anchor at WSAZ, and he was in We Are Marshall, his dad was killed in the plane crash.

Don't expect a good game tonight from the boys in Kelly green

The game is not blacked out on ESPN 3 here in Gallia County. Hopefully other areas in Ohio are having the same luck.

Once again I'm impressed that we can really not look very good for almost a full half and end up scoring 80+ points and winning handily. Jaaron is the real deal, if he can lesson the turnovers he's going to be something really special. But it's the contributions from all over that really makes this team fun to watch, and dangerous. And it starts with sharing the ball. Kenny looked out of sorts tonight, and I think he ended up with 15 and getting the ball to him in his spots was key.

Box score has Harley starting? Is he getting starter minutes? Looks like the rotation is coming into focus. Eight with Harley.

I'm not sure if Marshall is a bad shooting team having a bad shooting night or just a really, really bad shooting team. Our defense surrendered lots and lots of good shots and Marshall failed over and over again to sink them.

+1

I think this is spot on. Our guys play team ball and pick each other up very well. We are young and have many folks who have not played that much with each other and are learning as they go along. I think they only get better as the season rolls on. Tonight I saw a side of Kenny's play that I hadn't seen before, at least to this extent. In addition to his spot up shots, he drove to the basket several times and either pulled up for a shorter jumper or took it to the rack. And, Wadly, WOW -- he's a new man this year. Aggressive moves to the hoop off the dribble and sealing inside. Lot's of upside that you got to love.

I think that prize was LY vs Ashland. I still don't have the nerve to stop in that place when I drive by the exit........Something about "Grandpa", and "Cheese", plus "Barn", just freaks me out.........

Now that I live in Columbus (for 18 years) I kinda miss the old days WSAZ sports news I remember seeing in Athens when there - The Bobcats got good coverage in those days - not sure about these days of course.

Did not know that about Morehouse - interesting tidbits.

The home team crowd was soft tonight - as was the visiting Herd contingent - but there were some there - credit to them for the weeknight travel to support a struggling team.
