IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT'S GAMEDAY! (ok, early in game day but I can't wait)

Let's do this, and let's do it for the OHIO Women. One season sweep deserves another.

Simmons played 39 minutes vs. NIU ..why so many?...I know that he has great stamina and will likely still be Buffalo strong.

Because he was carrying the team and because he has great stamina and will still be strong for Buffalo and beyond.

Buffalo outrebounded Miami by 12 and shot decent from three. They didn't shoot very well from the FT line though.

I said it last night, but Ohio can't relax on defense and forget to check out. A couple times last night, guys were standing there just expecting Tony to get the board. The guy Tony wasn't checking out slid underneath him and would have great position for an offensive board. I think one or two of Tony's fouls were a result of that.

Basically, check out. EVERYONE.

I'm very fearful of Buffalo's rebounding prowess, and our considerable lack thereof. I don't think we're going to suddenly become a good rebounding team tonight, so we'd better hit a lot of shots or it could be ugly.

Think of Bobby Hurley, Mark Bortz, Yassin Idbihi.

Let the anger grow.

I hate this question and I hate that it comes up year in and year out in March.

What is the simile for anthropomorphism as it applies only to humans of disparate ages?

Dude. Yes a few MAC schools have strong alumni bases in Cleveland, but you're not even 2.5 hours away. Don't complain about location when the AAC is all over the map and Marquette has to go from Milwaukee to New York for their tournament. I mean, I could understand NIU fans not liking the setup, but when you're that close to the site, the only thing you can complain about is your crappy fans.

That post makes it sound like they have to jump their cars over Niagara Falls to get to Cleveland.

Good luck today everyone. I have a feeling it's going to be another close one just like last time. In my opinion one of the two coaches in this game should've had COTY.

Drawing fouls is going to be your biggest key. The Bulls racked up a ton of them last night and if the same happens, I don't see us winning.

UBfan.com is nothing short of irrational. Bull Run is the place to go. As for the tourney being in Cleveland, most Buffalo fans love it.

Buffalo is closer to Cleveland by car than Athens is.

First off? Why and how?
Secondly: I am scared to death even though I don't fully believe in the "tough to beat a team three times" thing.
Third: They are going to be fired up after the loss in Athens.
Fourth: We lit the nets on fire last night, do we have more in us?
Fifth: GO CATS!

I'm surprised by the underdog line. I bet it will be a pick em by tip.

ps - If this game were held in Erie, PA...we'd still outnumber them. If it were in Buffalo, they MIGHT outnumber us.

Exactly! And as I recall, didn't Buffalo actually WIN the Tourney last year? It wasn't a disadvantage for them last year.

If we pull this one out who would we rather play? Akron or BG?

Buffalo, when they've had good teams has brought a really good number of fans. the final in 2005 was fantastic with the two fanbases and the noise level.
