Off to the start everyone feared. Cold from the floor and Buff is getting offensive rebound after offensive rebound. Buff was on an 11-0 run, but we found some points and now down one.

We gotta shore up the boards.
Relax. Ohio's gonna win. Just relax and enjoy.
Not if we don't start hitting some shots. 37% from the field and only 22% from 3pt arc ain't gonna cut it.

Wow, we can't even make a free throw. We had better find our shot or this will be over fast. Down 9 as it is.

Agreed. We look lazy or tired, take your pick but we are struggling. I figured the score would be reversed and we would work hard to hold it in the 2nd half.

As it stands now, we will struggle just to stay close.

Two clear charges, both called blocks one on Block, one on Setty. Announcers don't say a word.

Buff at 50%(7-14) from the 3pt land and 46% overall. Those numbers need to come down if we have any chance, nevermind that we need to figure out our shooting issues.

Bobcats played tight in that first half. Young team first time in a really big atmosphere.

Remember when Ohio was down 18 or 20 in the second half to Buffalo in the 2005 championship game and came back and won? I expect to see another half like that here.

Still can't score and they can't miss from 3. Missed our last 6 from the field. Unless there is a miracle and we find our shot, this game is done.

Kaminsky so far has been a no-show and maybe Jaaron has finally run out of gas-the kid can't buy a basket and he's passing up the shot to pass to another teammate. A little tentative to pull the trigger.

Lead down to 5. Kenny passes up a wide open 3 in rhythm for an off balance 2, Setty doesn't bother to close out on a 3 and then instead of stepping up on D weakly attempts to take a charge.

Lead is 10 and Cats are just about toast.

Sorta like we are missing... 2-6

Our run is being countered and we are losing pace again. Too little, too late.

Would have been nice to make the NCAA Tourney this year.

Overall the program is moving in the right direction and hopefully we can get a few wins in one of the sub tier tournaments.

4 minutes left and I can't see us winning this game. We aren't really making anything in transition especially compared to Buffalo. And we are just way too streaky with our shots tonight, Buffalo has been much more consistent.

Why can't we make free throws?
Honestly, I think we are gassed and have been since mid first half. When you are gassed your shots are affected. We just look slow and tired tonight.

Give Buff credit, they hit the open 3's(which most were, which was one of the problems).

No one is stopping Ohio next year with 4 starters back. No one! Ohio will be the team to beat next season without a doubt.

Not so sure OhioBobcat.

Ohio will be better, but so is just about every other team in the MAC. UB, the team that ran us off the floor tonight, is loaded with returning talent, plus big man Rakeem Johnson, who sat out the season. And adding 2-3 quality recruits. I'd say UB is better off with Oats than Hurley.

Most other teams in the MAC will also be better. Really like the freshmen throughout the conference and most of the recent coaching hires.

And i'll be the first to say it on here; UB beats Akron tomorrow night.
