Expected (and was hoping to) face Princeton tomorrow.

Weird season for it. Begins with two impressive wins against Iona and Duquesne, loses to Wright and Texas State.

Texas state starting five is 6’2, 6’5, 6’6, 6’7, 6’7. Doesn’t look like it played much off its bench. Only one player logged more than 6 mins outside of the starters yesterday.

Beat EMU by 20.

word from those associated with program is he's back on the court tonight - I presume with restricted minutes. He was moving well on Friday during warmups.

Odd schedule tonight - we play immediately after the championship game. Never saw that before - ESPN driven I'm sure.

Good opportunity to get a W tonight against a team that will likely be much better by the end of the year.

Torvik has it 74-72 us. 58% chance at win.

Not only does ESPN not have Sunday night football (NBC does), but the Bengals have a bye this week.

The first play I see we have five guys in the lane leave the three-point shooter wide open. I guess they will never learn that you gotta guard the arc nowadays.

Clayton is far too one dimensional. We should be running offense through him and taking advantage of his athleticism, but he never puts the ball on the floor.

I don't necessarily think Ohio is playing bad tonight but they need to hit a higher percentage of the open looks they get.

They're getting killed on the boards 27-12 but surviving because they've caused 9 turnovers. Only down four but could be tied or winning if they could just connect on a few shots. (10-27 overall and 4-15 from 3-pt)

I get they have tired legs, playing their 3rd game in four days but if your strength is supposed to be your guards and shooting, you need more consistency from them.

This edition of ohio basketball is terribly flawed. Ohio, down 4 at the half, might end up beating texas st., but this is not a good team. We might even win the MAC, but that's an indictment of what MAC basketball has become and has nothing to do with quality of this team.

I asked this in the MTSU game thread 3 days ago, but what does this team do well?

Trailing by 4 with the way they are shooting and rebounding is amazing. Can’t wait to see how they respond in the second half.
