Haven't been keeping up....how many of the missing players from the first game are now back for BG? Expecting a much tougher test on Saturday.

According to their website, it seems they will be at full strength Saturday. At the very least, Zack Denny will be playing.

Coach Phillips said on the radio show last night that they are treating this game as if they are playing BGSU for the first time this season. Aren't even watching tape of the first game.

twice last year we built up big leads, then bg came back and absolutely destroyed us with their athleticism. Are we better built to handle that this year?

I assume the water main break in Athens is not affecting the game or the start time (?)

The rumor that the water main break was so huge that boats were needed and the PJ Fleck was brought in to "Row the Boat" are unfounded and should be labeled as fake news.

Water is back on, but the city is still under a boil-water advisory. I can't imagine the game time will be affected since the water is back.

"Tight end"? HC Huger can't play.....or any of the other coaching staff.....

Or did you mean to say "doing time"?

BG will have the suspended players back but two guys, Uju and Turner, are out for the rest of the year with injuries. But no more football players, although they both did really well all things considered.

Cats are looking to snap a 3 game home losing streak to the Falcons. I agree with the posters pointing out that a key is controlling their athleticism on offense, which has hurt us the past few years.

This one felt good. Football/Hoops sweep of BG is something I can savor.

Have to keep it rolling in oxford tuesday. Buffalo isn't giving us any margin for error.

I think we are starting to get the confidence to win without AC. All the growing pains of not having him next season is being accomplished now. I believe we'd be better with Tony in the lineup however we are now starting to play our best basketball of the season at the right time. Hopefully we peak in Cleveland.

Can someone explain to me why Dartis doesn't get 10-12 shots a game. Also I hope this off season Block finds whatever is the glitch in his jump shot. He was a bunch better shooter last year.

Great win today. Id love to see the team as a 2 or 3 seed, but top 4 will suffice. Gotta knock akron off to dance, most likely, either way.

I hope this is true.

My friends watched the Cats for the first time.

They were especially impressed with Carter and Simmons.

Laster surprised me. He looked good.

I've not been able to follow the team too closely this season but from what I have seen and heard it sounds like we are starting to play basketball instead of relying on TC or someone make a play. Has his injury made us s better "team?"

anyone catch that shot of Saul at the end of the game when the Ozone was doing WT/LT? Looked like he was trying to hold back a grin but was struggling. good times.

Why did Wiggins sit the bench for over 10 minutes in the second half?

No, that is crazy. We were 3-0 in the MAC when Tony went down. Jason Carter has improved, Jaaron has snapped out of a funk and some other things have started going our way but it is unfair and insane to think any of that is because Tony isn't playing. Personally I think if Tony stayed healthy throughout all this, we'd be upwards of 12-2 right along side Akron. I think we wouldn't have let EMU/WMU slip away and I think Tony would've torched CMU.

Campbell, Carter, Simmons, Dartis, Kaminsky/Block...hot damn.

You mean when the 110 was doing the chant. The 110 (required attendance) was the largest student group there. The ROTC (required attendance) was 2nd...and the remaining group was being led by 3 old guys. Sorry, I know best in the MAC yada yada but it pains me to be able to count 60 students that voluntarily went to the game on a campus of 25,000.
