Negative. He's on track to graduate (I think). Remember he sat a year at Ohio already so it's not like he lost time in the classroom.

I understand the concept behind the Graduate Transfer Rule.
But,if you're not planning on pursuing a graduate degree,which in a lot instances seems to be the case,and if you're already a starter,doing well in a "decent" program,I don't see a lot of pluses in transferring.
