Maybe there should be an age equivalent requirement to posting on this site. Say 6 years old.
The NFL requirement has held up in court.

The reason it has held up in court is that the legal view is that professional sports leagues are much like a private club. You can make any rule you like. Remember Donald Sterling being forced to sell the Clippers? That would not happen in the real world. It can happen in a country club.
