AAA has been tough on Cozart so far. He has a 6.88 ERA with 12 strikeouts in 17 innings. Opponents hitting .301 with six home runs against him.

I have been to the Isotope’s park several times. It’s in Albuquerque and is at significant altitude. ERAs tend to be high like in Denver

That's a good point. In fact, the entire Pacific Coast League is known to be extremely hitter friendly.

He finished the season with a 6.35 ERA and 17 strikeouts in 22 2/3 innings at AAA. He had a 1.69 ERA and 35 strikeouts in 32 innings at AA. Hopefully he'll adjust better to the higher level next season.
