The Dayton Daily News is reporting that Northmont TE Troy Mangen has committed to Ohio. The 6-5, 225-pounder becomes the 8th member of Ohio's 2013 recruiting class. Troy's father Mike and uncle Doug rank 1st and 8th respectively on Ohio's career tackles list.
